Goals

In addition to getting to my goal weight of 118 pounds, there are a few other things I want to accomplish in the health and fitness arena.

Specifically, here are a few things I want to do to get healthier:

1. No more canned veggies
2.  Out with the bad fat (trans/sat), in with the good fat (olive oil)
3. Add anti-inflammatory foods (lotsa peppers, and other good stuff)
4. No pop, no McD's sweet tea
5. No fast food french fries!!
6. Healthier personal care products
7. LOTS of water...LOTSandLOTS
8. Blog daily
9. SSDDDC goal: 1200 calories, 84 ounces of water/day
10. Better sleep (i.e. 7 hours per night, at a regular time each night)
11. Exercise daily (even if its just a little bit, anything is better than nothing)
12. Run a 5k
13. Run a 10k
14. Run a half marathon
15. Do yoga on a regular basis
16. Stretch til I can do the splits
17. Eat vegen for a month
18. Eliminate the BPA plastic water bottles from my life
