Day 41, continued...

Still feeling poopy for not exercising much this week, so I went home for lunch and had an apple, a slice of whole grain seeded bread, water, and a one-mile walk...and a 5-hour energy. Feeling a little better about it...


  1. Sorry you're feeling poopy. I find when I'm at my lowest, it's when I need to get out there and move. I know it's hard but I never regret it. Glad you were able to go for a walk.

    I started exercising to ward off depresion and it works... I'm always amazed at how much energy I have after a workout.

    Stay strong and keep on truckin. Do those 5-hour energy thingies work? I see students drinking those things little bottles.

    Hope you're able to get some rest.


  2. My sister called me yesterday. She had worked the night before. She said to me that she didn't think she was going to make it to the gym that day because she was too tired and didn't get much sleep. I reminded her of some words that she has said to me, "It is just an excuse that you used that got you big in the first place." She called me before going into work last night and thanked me for reminding her of what she is always telling me. She went and worked out and felt 100 times better for it afterwards.

    You had a lunch, so keep the momentum going!! I have faith that you can do it!!!
