Lunch:  banana (71 cal) water

Dinner:  Salad of (40 cal): iceburg, spinach, celery, carrot, with 3 oz grilled chicken (150 cal) and 2 Tbsp low fat dressing (44 cal), water
Snack:  1 ounce of low-fat chips (160 cal), water
